- Ordering

Select the color, size, and quantity on the product details page, and click the "ADD TO BAG" button.
After you have finished selecting your items, click "CHECK OUT" on the bag screen to proceed to the purchase flow.
After a certain amount of time has passed, the item will be automatically deleted from your bag. Thank you for your understanding.
- Shipping

After you place your order, we will ship it as soon as it is ready.
We ship within 5 business days of receiving your order.
We do not ship on holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).
We do not offer gift wrapping services. Thank you for your understanding.
- Returns and Exchanges
- (When the customer requests a return or exchange)
We cannot cancel any orders after they have been placed.
We also cannot accept any returns or exchanges based on customer requests (wrong size, different than what the customer imagined, mistaken order, etc.). Please note that we will not be able to offer refunds for returns, cancellations, or other reasons due to refusal to receive the order, or if the order is returned without notification.
In addition, we do not accept changes in payment methods or shipping methods after an order has been placed.

(When we are at fault)
Although every effort is made to ensure the quality of our products, we will accept returns and exchanges only in the event that the delivered product is defective.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. contact@tanteam.jp
The conditions under which we accept returns and exchanges are listed below:
- ・We are notified within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- ・The product has not been used or washed.
- ・The product has all accessories such as the delivery slip, tags and inner paper.
(Please note that we cannot accept items with tags removed) - ・The product does not emit any odors.
- ・The condition of the interior and exterior of the product has not changed significantly from the time of delivery.
- ・The product is not a discounted or sale item.

Shipping costs are 880 yen (tax included) to anywhere in Japan.
・Overseas
5500yen (tax included) shipping costs.
